 Rod’s particular areas of interest include commercial, corporations, conveyancing and liquor licensing. He has both a professional and personal interest in development and subdivision. Rod heads the Commercial Division of the firm and is supported by an excellent team including Matthew Burt who also holds an Honours Degree in Environmental Science. Rod’s sporting interests include rugby, tennis and swimming. He played grade and sub-districts rugby in Sydney before moving to Albury, where he has been involved with the Steamers for the last thirty years as player, past President and supporter. email rod@pogsoncronin.com.au

Mark brings to the practice over thirty years experience in the New South Wales Court system and legal system and his principal areas of practice include criminal law, personal injury law, commercial litigation, common law litigation and family law. Mark counts amongst his clients a national insurer, a number of building companies, a national debt collection agency and a number of local businesses. Mark is well regarded as an advocate and is strongly supported by a litigation team that includes an experienced solicitor, experienced legal clerk and experienced and highly competent administrative and secretarial staff. Mark has been and is heavily involved in the Albury-Wodonga community and, over the years at various times, has been the Chairperson of the Albury-Wodonga Youth Refuge, the Treasurer and Vice President of the Albury Racing Club and the President of the North Albury Football Club.
