We set our costs as agreed with the client to be relative to the importance of the matter to the client, the level and urgency of the work, our deadlines and the "result" to the client. We are flexible in our costing arrangements including fixed lump sum costs, fixed retainers and time costing. We provide our clients with an estimate of the likely costs before we commence work on the matter and provide regular reviews upon request by the client. If during the course of the matter circumstances arise which are likely to effect the estimate of costs we advise the clients immediately.
